All custom items are made to order please allow up to 10-14 days for your order to be made

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Hermes/Royal mail. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated for your preferred shipping method

 

EASY RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return of products made to order due to their personalised nature.

Once your order has been shipped we will contact you with the appropriate information to track your order if included in your preferred shipping method.

 

PERSONALISATION

All items can be altered with additional text and graphics in the colour of your choice. This personalisation will incur additional costs and will render the item ineligible for return.
